FILM COATING MACHINE

  Usage: The BGB-B Series high efficiency film coating machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical and food industries. Working Principle: The tablet cores to be film coated make continuous complicated orbital motion within the closed rotating drum under the action of a streamline guide plate. During the motion, coating medium automatically sprays according to the technological process and rational technological parameters, at the same time hot air is supplied under a negative pressure. The hot air penetrates through the tablet core layers and is discharged form the bottom of the layers, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet cores will dry rapidly and evenly, thus forming a solid and smooth surface film.

Features: All the operations, including expansion of PLC module, setting and control of hot air temperature and adjustment of drum speed, are carried out on the touch keys of control panel of computer, and the operating panel is a fully closed light touch film interface which does not influence the cleaning of main machine, thus featuring reliable work, stable performance and conforming to the requirement of GMP.

Under the action of the agitator of steam line guide plate type, the tablet cores are tumbling smoothly and exchanging frequently, thus eliminating the phenomenon of tablet cores to fall from a high place and to collide, solving the problems of broken pieces and chipped edge, and improving the rate of finished products. The narrow surface of the guide plate eliminates the adhesion of coating material on its surface, thus saving the coating material and improving the quality of medicine.

The peristaltic pump with constant pressure variable eliminates the need for a return pipe. The turning radius of the drum varies along with the pressure change. The output slurry and the quantity of slurry sprayed are balanced automatically, thereby stabilizing the effect of atomization, simplifying the spray system, preventing the spray gun from plugging-up, and saving the coating material, moreover the cleaning is simple, and there is no dead corner.

The spray gun specially designed for the film coating machine features even atomization and large coverage of spraying. The universal adjustable spray head makes the cleaning mechanism of spray gun unaffected by charge quantity, so that film coating can proceed continuously, thus reducing the film coating time and saving film coating material.

Application:

The machine is designed for pressing tablets from various kinds of granular materials. As its fracture, the machine can press round tables but also different geometrical shape tablets, double-layered and annular tablets, the tablets may have the impressed letters on both sides. The turret carries 21 sets of movable-punches and dies; so 21 tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret.

During operation, the speed of the turret rotation the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The pressure for tablet pressing is set by the hydraulic drive system; a pressure gauge is attached to the system to show the pressure value. A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid damage of the punches and apparatus.

When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically. An independent powder-suiting unit is attached to the machine. It takes in the residual powder through its nozzles and hoses during operation. Description

This model is to press the various kinds of granular materials into the from of a tablet, with the most outstanding advantage of being able to produce irregular tablets with widely different geometrical shapes, such as double layer tablets, ring like tablets and double side engraved tablets. A total of 23 units punches and dies can be installed in the turret, with the punch consisting of two detachable sections, in one cycle of the rotation, 23 tablet will be produced.

This model is in compliance with the GMP standard on the production and management of the pharmaceuticals. The compression compartment is entirely separated from the driving mechanisms, with no painting inside the compression compartment. Structure and Theory:

Electric motor drives revolving drum to revolve at a high speed by clutch. The material is added from the head of revolving drum. liquid phase discharges through filter cloth and filter opening in the drum wall, solid phase is left in the revolving drum. Open the cover and loosen the adjusting pin of liquid preventing broad when the machine is stopped. Liquid preventing broad and filter bag with filter residue inside are hung to discharge pit by lifting appliance. Loosen the hanging leg and open filter bag; filter bag will fall to the ground.

GF & GQ TUBULAR SEPARATOR

Working Principle:

This separator is consisted of main body, driving device. Bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing the upper of the bowl is flexible main shaft and the lower of it is damp floating bearing the main shaft is connected through and with a buffer of connecting seat and a driven wheel. The driven wheel is driven by a motor through driving wheel and tension gear to make the bowl rotate around its own axis at an extra speed and form a strong centrifuge force field. The stock sparged into rotating bowl from liquid inlet, stock flow up to and along the inner wall of the bowl by centrifuge force and then is separated the different layer according to density difference of the different liquid components.

GF Type: Liquid phase with great density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with light density forms an inner loop, and flows to the upper of the bowl and flows out of from their respective liquid outlets. The little solid is settled on the inner wall of the bowl and discharged manually after the machine stopped.

GQ Type: Fine particles of solid phase with great density are settled on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residue layer then to be discharged manually after the machine stopped. The liquid phase flows out from liquid outlet at the bowl’s upper after clarification.

GQ Type is used for separating of various suspensions, which is difficult to be separatedespecially for the separation of solid-liquid suspension, which has low concentration, small granularity, and very small difference of solid-liquid gravity such as clarification of various oral liquids. Seaweed and jelly, refining molasses, separation of blood and settlement of vaccine hypha and various dextrose and purifying paint, dye, various resin and rubber solution.
