Summary:

The raw material to be treated is distributed on the conveyor belt through right mechanism such as star distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator. The conveyer passes through the channel consisting of one or several heating units ,which are equipped with air heating and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp discharge systems. When the conveyer passes through it, hot air will pass through the raw material up and down. In this way the raw material can be dried evenly.

 

Application:

The belt dryer is continuous drying equipment. It is widely used for chemical, food, pharmaceutical, construction materials and electronic industries. It is especially suitable for drying raw materials that are good in breathability and in the shapes of piece , strip or granule. It is also possible to dry the pasted raw material such as filter cake after shaped through granulator or extruder.

 

Typical products

Dehydrated vegetable, granule feed, monosodium glutamate, check extraction, organic pigment, synthetic rubber, propylene fiber, medicine, medical material, small wooden products, plastic products, aging or solidifying for electronic elements.

GFG HIGH-EFFICIENCY FLUIDIZED BED DRIER

Applications:

The machine uses screw to extrude , vibrate and smach granule with the method of humidity ,high speed and mixing .
It is applied in Pharmaceutical foodstuff, feed and chemical industries .The raw material is large in granule and small in block and having adhesive property.

 

Features:

The structure of fluidization bed is round so as to avoid dead corner. 
Inside the hopper there is a stir in order to avoid agglomeration of raw material and forming canal of flow; 
The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. In this way it is very convenient. The discharging system can be designed as requested.
It is operated under the conditions of negative pressure and sealing .The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient in cleaning. It is an ideal equipment that is in conformity with the requirement of GMP .
The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. In general ,the drying time is 20-30 minutes. 

Principle:


When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In working chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative effect. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.

GZL SERIES VACUUM FREEZING DRYER

The freeze drier made by our company is designed and manufactured strictly according to GMP Specifications, and has the following merits:

   All the parts contacting the products are made of ALSL 316L stainless steel, the surface roughness reaches R a≤0.5u m.

   The inner circle of the chest has a smooth transition without dead corner, no objects accumulated.

   Consider for user, the structure is easy to clean.

   Option for steam sterilization or chemical sterilization.

Except for the above, our company can also provide automatic running CIP(on-site cleaning) and SIP(steam sterilization) functions to ensure the high quality of cleaning and the sterilization of the equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


SIP:

¬  Use overheats pure steam (121).

¬  Equipped with cooling water jacket, after sterilizing, it can fast reduce the temperature of the chest (if less than 20, the equipment is standard configuration.)

¬  Optional pneumatic door lock, it locks automatically.

¬  Use import sterilization filter to ensure the absolutely sterilized air coming into equipment.

¬  The chest and various kinds of container and tube are all wrapped with import insulating layer to efficiently avoid from heat transmission.

¬  Can carry out constant humidity control to the refrigeration humidity.

¬  Equipped with water circulation pump capable to eliminate residual water in sterilization layer.

 

CIP:

¬  The high –pressure clean water thoroughly wash inner surface of the chest and condenser.

¬  Equipped with large flow rate CIP pump.

¬  Fixed with CIP tubing that automatically drains the residual water.

¬  Use rotary fixed nozzle with 360-degree spray.

¬  The hydraulic system uses isolated retractable corrugated tube.

Freeze-drying technology requires the refrigeration system to keep a low temperature status for a long period of time, therefore, the requirements to the refrigeration system are very high. pic 005The vacuum system of the freeze drier providers a necessary pressure environment to freeze drying procedure. Cooperating with condenser, it can reach the vacuum leaver required by the freeze-drying procedure. To make the system run stably under high vacuum situation. The key point is the performance of the vacuum pump, and the valve, seal and instrument that cooperate with the pump.

 

The vacuum system of our freeze drier has the following characteristic:

¬  pic 012Standard configuration, uses Edwards double stage oil sealing revolving plate pump.

¬  Option: Edwards pump

¬  Equipped with two vacuum probes, for measuring the vacuum level of freeze drying chest and pump resectively.

¬  Option: condenser type vacuum meter.

¬  There are two methods for drying chest vacuum level control:

1.     Drying chest vacuum level controls the opening and closing of the air inlet valve, introduce the sterilized air from sterilized room.

2.     Drying chest vacuum level controls the opening degree of the big butterfly valve to reach the purpose of controlling the vacuum level.

The drying chest and water capture valve, circulating pump, spotlight and etc. of the freeze drier, like other components of the freeze drier, use the first class components from other countries or from domestic factories.

The above systems of our freeze drier have the following characteristics:

¬  A couple-clamping butterfly valve is equipped between the drying chest and water capture to keep a no leakage seal in both directions.

¬  Use labial margin seal design to compensate the change of temperature and pressure during operation.

¬  Eccentric valve rod and eccentric butterfly valve eliminate the wear-out of upper and lower ends of valve seat during frequent opening.

¬  May choose electric of pneumatic driving device.

¬  Import original electric driver can stepless adjust the opening wideness of butterfly valve, control the vacuum level of the drying chest to avoid from being polluted.

¬  Stainless steel valve body and TEF elastic valve seat conform with GMP specification.

¬  The drying chest and water capturer are equipped with viewing glass. The viewing glass can be equipped with spotlight to obtain clear procedure monitoring.

Shelf refrigerating heating system uses Denmark Grundfos UPS circulation pump, Sweden plate type heat exchanger, The size of the exchanger is small, this reduces the heat conduction mediator and energy consumption, raises the refrigeration efficiency.

 

The control system of the freeze drier provides a reliable whole procedure control for the freeze drier. It has advanced functions of display, control, recording, printing and alarming.

pic 009-1The mains air switch, transformer and AC contactor fixed in electric cabinet are Siemens products. The electric cabinet is secured on machine frame. All machine pump motors are equipped with overheat protection, solenoid valve and heating circuit are equipped with separate protection.

¬  The display screen uses Mitsubishi touch screen, PLC programmable logic controller, indicating light, sound-light alarming system, and etc.

¬  Temperature measuring, pressure measuring, the components can work normally under high temperature, ultra-low temperature and high vacuum level with high reliability.

¬  The control system can display the running status of all components of the whole system, and can store and process the operation information and various data. It can provide procedure recording report of whole freeze-drying process. It can alarm on failure or abnormal situation, provide checking for maintenance, the operator can set and modify data and steps.
