BELT DRYER

Summary:
The raw material to be treated should distribute on the conveyer belt through suitable mechanism such as star distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator. The conveyer passes through the channel consisting of one or several heating unit. Each heating unit is equipped with air heat and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp discharge systems. When the conveyer passes through it, hot air will pass through the raw material from up to low or from low to up. In this way the raw material can be dried evenly.
Application:
The belt dryer is ordinary continuous drying equipment. It is widely used for chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, construction materials industry, electronics industry and so on. Especially it is suitable for drying raw materials that are good in breathability and have the shape of pieces or strip or granule. It is also possible to dry the pasted raw material such as filter cake after shaped through granulator or extruder.

Features:

It is operated at the conditions of negative pressure and seal. The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient in clean. It is an ideal equipment that is in conformity with the requirement of GMP
The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. In general the drying time is 20-30 minutes.
Principle:

When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In working chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative effect. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.

PRINCIPLE OF WORK
Air is turned into hot air through heater and enters into hot air distributor at the top of dry chamber and then enters into dry chamber and rotates in the state of helix. At the same time liquid of raw material is sent to centrifugal atomizer at the top of dry chamber through stepless variable screw pump. In which liquid of raw material atomizes small drops. Air and liquid of raw material flow and contact each other. The moisture vaporizes rapidly. Liquid of raw material is dried into finished product in a short time. The finished product is discharged through the bottom cyclone separator of drier and the wasted air is exhausted through fan.
FEATURES
The dry speed is very quick. When raw material is atomized, the surface area increases greatly. 65~98% of moisture can be vaporized in hot air stream momentary. The dry time to be used is only 5~15 seconds. Especially, it is suitable for drying thermal sensitive raw materials.
The size of finished product is uniform and the flow and solubility are good. The purity and quality of product are good too.
The operation is stable and simple. The regulation and control is very convenient. It is easy to realize automatic operation.
The operation process is simplified and the operation environment is superior and can avoid powder dust during the period of operation.

YZG/FZG SERIES VACUUM DRIER
Applications:
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose and polymerize and metamorphose at high temperature. It is wide used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.
Principle:
It is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material to the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to take air and humidity out, the dry speed will be faster.
Note: if use condensate, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If use SK series water drying vacuum pump sets, condensate can not be used and the investment could be saved.
Features:
Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the pushing force become greater. Therefore for a certain amount of heat radiation, the conducting area of evaporator can saved;
The heat source for operation of evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam;
The heat loss of evaporator is less;
Before drying, the treatment of disinfections may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixing. It is conformity with the requirement of GMP.
It belong to static drier. So the shape of raw material to be dried can not be destroyed.

This machine is used for kinds of slurry, paste, granules, powder and fibre type ect materials. The driving parts apply stable-working, well-wearing cylinder gear wheel decelerating machine. The principal axis applies bigger stainless steel sincere axis. Harrow teeth apply high-intensive stainless steel melding, which enough ensure the machine operate stably in all wicked working condition. There can add two or four knock sticks in the shell in order to the high-speed drying and pulverizing. The heating medium can choose steam, heating oil, and heating water.
Scope of application:
Especially use for materials which are sensitive to heating, materials easy to be oxidized in high temperature, materials easy to be harden in drying, and materials must be call backed in the steam let out during drying. After drying, the materials like powder, so it is more applicable for finished product like powder. It can pack directly after drying, no need pulverize. Water content of feeding material can reach 1%, even 0.5%. The vacuum drying machine is widely used in the technical process of solid alcoholic natrium(kalium).

Applicability is strong, drying speed is quick. The machine applies jacket cover to heat, and higher vacuum to let out gas, so it is applicable to the different kinds and different state materials. Especially used for the easy explosive and easy oxidized materials.
